Claims (1)
- メカニカルシールの一方の摺動環と該摺動環の
保持部材との間に介装されベロー状の屈曲部を有
する可撓材製のダイアフラムであつて、屈曲部の
両側で互いに対向する面のうち少なくとも一方に
、前記屈曲部の内側空間とその内周側の空間との
連通手段を形設したことを特徴とするメカニカル
シール用ダイアフラム。
