のである。(Structure of conventional example and its problems) In the conventional resin-injected wood board, which is made by injecting and curing a synthetic resin liquid into a thin wood board, the resin liquid flows through the wood conduit,
It fills the hollow parts of tracheids, etc., increasing its transparency, and in particular, the parts of the spring wood that have a large proportion of air become transparent, making the wood grain pattern appear three-dimensional, and exhibiting excellent cosmetic properties, making it suitable for construction materials. It is useful as a variety of cosmetic materials.

As a result, the following problems arise.

When transferring to the next curing process or adhesion process with other materials, there are problems such as resin liquid adhering to conveyance equipment etc. and contaminating the equipment, making it difficult to handle.

This poses problems in terms of productivity, etc.

ある。(Structure of the Invention) In order to achieve the above object, the method for producing a wood decorative material of the present invention includes a transparent synthetic resin liquid partially provided between a thin wood board and a non-air permeable mold release sheet. By applying pressure to these coating layers, the synthetic resin liquid is pressurized into the empty parts of the thin wood board, thereby partially making the thin wood board transparent.

However, a thin plate with a thickness of 0.6 mm or less is used because resin liquid is press-fitted to make it transparent.

This is because the coating layer of the resin liquid can be pressed onto the surface of the thin plate using a pressure plate and can be sufficiently penetrated from the surface to the inside.

が得られる。 Partial application of the resin liquid may be performed on either the thin wood board or the release sheet, but since the release sheet absorbs almost no synthetic resin liquid compared to the thin wood board, the coating thickness of the resin liquid layer is It is possible to apply resin to a uniform thickness and polymerize it with the thin wood board, making it easier to adjust the coating thickness of the resin liquid layer, achieving uniform transparency, and preventing cracking compared to thin wood boards. This makes it easy to handle when polymerizing the synthetic resin liquid layer, and furthermore, it prevents air from entering the interface between the release sheet and the thin wood board, resulting in a product with stable cosmetic properties.

It is difficult to make a general statement because it varies depending on the amount distribution or the amount of impregnation, etc., but it is sufficient as long as the amount of application is sufficient to fill the void inside the thin wood board and make the spring material transparent. For example, if the thickness is

A thin wood board and a release sheet are stacked together so that they are interposed in a sandwich-like manner, and this is inserted between a pair of upper and lower heating press plates and compressed by the hot press plate to sufficiently press the resin liquid onto the thin wood board. At the same time, increase the resin liquid pressure.

Determine by considering surface tension and fluidity.

Alternatively, the plate may be used as a pressure plate, and heating may be performed by directly increasing the temperature of the resin liquid using high frequency waves or electromagnetic waves.

If a breathable material such as non-woven fabric or paper is placed between the thin wood board and the pressure plate, air can escape from the hollow space of the thin wood board through the breathable material, resulting in a uniform air flow. Resin press-fitting can be performed.

The resulting flow is prevented from moving outside the boundary by the groove, and the boundary between the resin-injected portion and the non-injected portion within the wood becomes clear, which is preferable.

The resin liquid was pressed into the inside of the thin wood board 1 and solidified by heating and pressurizing at 100° C., 15 kg/cm 2 for 15 minutes, and then the release sheet 2 was peeled off from the thin wood board 1.

た。 In the thus obtained decorative material, the spring wood parts other than the part a for opening the washbasin hole and the part b for opening the piping port become transparent by injecting and solidifying the resin liquid, and the wood grain appears three-dimensionally. Furthermore, since resin liquid was not injected into the washbasin hole opening part a and the piping opening opening part b, it was easy to hollow out these parts.

Then, as in Example 1, the resin liquid layer 3 is carved.
The release sheet 2 coated with was superposed on the thin wood board 1 and heated and pressed, and the parts of the thin wood board 1 other than the areas surrounded by the grooves 5 were injected with resin.

トの大幅な低減が可能となるものである。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention provides a coating layer of a transparent synthetic resin liquid that is partially provided between a thin wood board and an air-impermeable release sheet. The present invention relates to a method for producing a decorative wood material, which is characterized in that the above-mentioned synthetic resin liquid is pressurized into the hollow part of a thin wood board to partially make the thin wood board transparent. In this way, the synthetic resin liquid is injected into at least the thin wood boards using upper and lower pressure plates, without going through the complicated process of injecting the synthetic resin liquid into the thin wood boards in batches under reduced pressure or pressure, etc., and then solidifying it in another process. By press-fitting into most of the cell cavities, it is possible to obtain a wood decorative material that is both transparent and reinforced at the same time as a thin wood board, which simplifies the process and significantly reduces manufacturing costs.

It allows for rationalization and is suitable for mass production.

Furthermore, since the process from applying the synthetic resin liquid to press-fitting and solidifying can be done in a short time, it becomes possible to use resins with a short pot life, which widens the range of resins that can be selected depending on the purpose and application.

る。 In addition, since the resin liquid layer is applied only to the necessary parts of the thin wood board or release sheet, and the resin is injected into the desired parts of the thin wood board, subsequent processing, such as drilling, mounting parts, etc. This type of processing can be easily performed without injecting resin liquid into appropriate notches, etc., and the other parts are beautiful due to resin injection and have excellent physical properties such as wear resistance and hardness. It can be formed into a board.
