- 基板の一部に形成された凹部と、該凹部を含む
基板表面に形成された導体パターンと、前記凹部
近傍に設けられた導光部材から構成されたイメー
ジ伝送部材と、前記凹部材の導体パターンに電気
的に接続され、原稿からの反射光を導光部材を介
して受光するように、該導光部材に相対して配置
された光電変換素子とから成る密着型リニアイメ
ージセンサー。
