を回転駆動せしめることにより、台車が走行する
ようになされていた(例えば米国特許第4207821
号公報参照)。しかしながら、このような従来の
コンベヤでは、ラツクとピニオンとの噛合わせに
精度を要するため、とくに案内レールの連結部分
において相互に接続すべきラツク同志の歯のピツ
チを合わせるのが非常に面倒であり、従つてコン
ベヤの設置に手間を要した。また台車走行のさい
ラツクとピニオンが噛み合うことにより騒音が生
じ、作業環境が悪くなつた。さらにコンベヤの点
検や補修のさいには作業者が案内レールの下側に
もぐり込んで作業をしなければならず、メンテナ

発明の目的
この発明の目的は、上記の問題を解決し、コン
ベヤの設置作業をさほど精度を要することなく容
易に行ない得るとともに、台車の走行により騒音
が生じたりするようなことがなく、作業環境をき
わめて静かな状態に保持することができ、しかも
点検や補修のさい、その作業を非常に簡単に行な
うことができ、メンテナンスが容易であり、さら
に電動台車と案内レールとの間およびパンタグラ
フと給電レールとの間にごみが入り込むようなこ
とがなく、走行性にすぐれており、また案内レー
ルの外側面に突出部分がないため、自動車の生産
ライン等において作業者のいわゆる接近性が良
く、非常に安全性が高い床形コンベヤを提供しよ

この発明によるコンベヤは、上述のように、上

おいて対向せしめられた挾持用ローラ33とがそ
れぞれ備えられ、台車案内レール2が、従動車輪
4がのせられる水平壁部2aと、これの外側縁に
立上がり状に設けられた側壁部2bとによつて構
成され、案内レール2の側壁部2bの上縁に、水
平壁部5aと、これの内側縁より下方にのびる垂
下壁部5bとよりなる横断面略倒L形のカバー・
レール5が着脱自在なように取り付けられ、この
カバー・レール5の垂下壁部5bの内外両面に上
記電動車輪22と挾持用ローラ33とがそれぞれ
圧接せしめられ、案内レール2の側壁部2bの内
面に、台車3に備えらたパンタグラフ40の接触
子41が接触せしめられる給電用レール7が取り
付けられているもので、従来のようなラツクとピ
ニオンを用いることなく、電動車輪22と挾持用
ローラ33とをカバー・レール5の垂下壁部5b
の内外両面に圧接せしめることにより台車3が走
行するものであるから、コンベヤ1の設置作業を
さほど制度を要することなく容易に行なうことが
できる。また従来のラツクとピニオンを用いたコ
ンベヤに比べ、騒音が生じることなく、作業環境
をきわめて静かな状態に保持することができ、し
かもコンベヤ1の点検や補修のさいにはカバー・
レール5を簡単に取り外すことができるため、従
来のようにコンベヤの案内レールの下にもぐり込
んで作業をするようなことがなく、作業を非常に
簡単に行なうことができ、メンタナンスが容易で
ある。さらに案内レール2にカバー・レール5が
被せられているため、電動台車5と案内レール2
との間およびパンタグラフ40と給電レール7と
の間にごみが入り込むようなことがなく、走行性
にすぐれており、また案内レール2の外側面に突
出部分がないため、自動車の生産ライン等におい
て作業者が電動台車3に極接近して作業を行なう
ことができ、いわゆる接近性が良く、非常に安全

従動車輪4を有する台車3に、電動車輪22と、
これの駆動装置25と、電動車輪22に対し所定
間隔をおいて対向せしめられた挾持用ローラ33
とがそれぞれ備えられ、台車案内レール2が、従
動車輪4がのせられる水平壁部2aと、これの外
側縁に立上がり状に設けられた側壁部2bとによ
つて構成され、案内レール2の側壁部2bの上縁
に、水平壁部5aと、これの内側縁より下方にの
びる垂下壁部5bとよりなる横断面略倒L形のカ
バー・レール5が着脱自在なように取り付けら
れ、このカバー・レール5の垂下壁部5bの内外
両面に上記電動車輪22と挾持用ローラ33とが
それぞれ圧接せしめられ、案内レール2の側壁部
2bの内面に、台車3に備えらたパンタグラフ4
0の接触子41が接触せしめられる給電用レール
