  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 断熱材によつて形成される加熱炉と、 加熱炉内に回転自在に設けら、多数の小孔を有
    する有底筒状の焙煎ドラムと、 多数の小孔を有し、焙煎後のコーヒー豆を冷却
    する有底円筒状の冷却ドラムと、 焙煎ドラムからの排気を逃す排気通路と、 前記排気通路に合流し、冷却ドラムからの排気
    を逃す冷却排気通路と、 前記排気通路と前記冷却排気通路との合流部に
    設けられる流路切替ダンパと、 前記排気通路に設けられ、前記焙煎ドラム内ま
    たは前記冷却ドラム内の空気を吸引する吸気ブロ
    アとを備えた粒状食品用加熱装置であつて、 前記排気通路と前記冷却排気通路との合流部の
    上流側の排気通路から分岐され、前記吸気ブロア
    の下流側の排気通路に合流するバイパス排気通路
    を設け、 前記流路切替ダンパを冷却ドラム側に開にした
    とき前記焙煎ドラムからの排気を前記バイパス排
    気通路に流して前記吸気ブロアのジエツト排気流
    により吸引除去することを特徴とする粒状食品用
    加熱装置。 (2) 前記バイパス排気通路の前記排気通路との
    分岐部に加熱炉内過昇温防止用流路切替ダンパを
    取付けたことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の粒状
    食品用加熱装置。
