Claims (1)
- 排気量を制御することによつてピストンの移動
速度及び該ピストンから得られる出力を制御する
ようにしたエアシリンダにおいて、シリンダの給
排気ポートに給気口及び排気口を異なる位置に設
けて該給気口及び排気口を囲むエアギヤラリを設
け、該エアギヤラリにエアの給排気パイプを連通
接続し、前記シリンダの内壁面に配設されて前記
給気口を密閉し得る第１の弁体と、該シリンダの
外壁面に配設されて前記排気口を密閉し得る第２
の弁体と、該第２の弁体の前記シリンダ内に延設
形成された一端と前記第１の弁体との間に配設さ
れてこれらを互いに逆方向に押圧付勢するばねと
からなる排気制御弁を前記給排気ポートに設けた
ことを特徴とするエアシリンダの排気装置。
