Description
第１図及び第２図はこの考案の一実施例による
進行波管装置の入出力結合部附近の縦断面図及び
横断面図、第３図は他の実施例を示す断面図、第
４図は従来の進行波管装置の入出力部附近の断面
図である。 図において、１は遅波回路、２は入出力結合部
、６は入出力整合用の突起、７はベローズ、８は
ピストンである。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、
又は相当部分を示す。
進行波管装置の入出力結合部附近の縦断面図及び

４図は従来の進行波管装置の入出力部附近の断面
図である。 図において、１は遅波回路、２は入出力結合部
、６は入出力整合用の突起、７はベローズ、８は

Claims (1)
- 電子ビームを発生させる電子銃、前記電子ビー
ムとマイクロ波との相互作用を行わせ、前記マイ
クロ波を増巾する遅波回路と、前記遅波回路と外
部回路を接続する入出力結合部を有する進行波管
装置において、入出力結合部附近の本体部に入出
力整合用の金属製突起を設け前記入出力整合用の
突起を外部より、ベローズとピストンを介して動
かせるようにしたことにより、進行波管の利得特
性を改良できるようにしたことを特徴とする進行
波管装置。
