た。(Conventional technology) Wallpaper can be categorized into woven fabrics, vinyl, synthetic fibers (woven plastic strings), natural materials (bamboo, reed, kudzu, wisteria, wood, paper, cork, etc.), and metal. It can be divided into those with foil pasted on them and paper wallpapers. However, in recent years, vinyl wallpaper has come to account for approximately 90% of wallpapers, as it has advantages in installation suitability, expressiveness, cost, and production stability. Vinyl wallpaper has a rich variety of expressions, including plain embossing, printing + embossing, clearance embossing, chemical embossing, and rotary foaming. However, because the surface has the coldness and luster characteristic of vinyl, it has a strong artificial feel, and many feel that it is lacking in texture and texture compared to paper wallpaper or textile wallpaper.

Specifically, rayon fibers, acrylic fibers, nylon fibers, polyester fibers, etc. are used. Things can be used. Among these nonwoven fabrics, a nonwoven fabric made of rayon fibers and having an acrylic resin as a binder and having a weight of 30 g/m 2 to 50 g/m 2 is particularly preferable for heat treating the vinyl chloride resin layer. Note that it is also possible to use a colored nonwoven fabric that becomes colored and transparent when heated and pressurized.

The wallpaper has a soft texture similar to cloth wallpaper, with a part where the nonwoven fabric is transparent and a pattern on the lower layer visible between the grains of the nonwoven fabric.
