Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 経糸と緯糸との交錯が完了した織物を、緯糸の
密度と織物の厚さが決定されるように、所定の張
力を加えつつ巻き取るための製織機械の巻き取り
装置において、 回転駆動されるフリクシヨンローラと、 このフリクシヨンローラに押しつけられ、この
フリクシヨンローラとの間に、前記交錯が完了し
た織物を巻き込むことにより、回転駆動されるプ
レスローラと、 このプレスローラの回転軸を回転可能に保持す
るレバーを、前記プレスローラが前記フリクシヨ
ンローラ方向に回動自在に移動するように、保持
する支点軸と、 前記プレスローラをフリクシヨンローラ方向に
弾発するスプリングとを有し、 前記プレスローラに作用する送り込み側織物の
第１張力と、このプレスローラに作用する送り出
し側織物の第２張力と、前記スプリングの弾性力
と、プレスローラの重力のスプリングの弾性力方
向分力との第１合力の方向が、前記第１張力の増
減に拘らず略一定となるように、前記プレスロー
ラに対する送り込み側織物の送り込み方向と、プ
レスローラの重さと、スプリングの弾性力とを設
計し、 前記支点軸を、前記第１張力の方向の延長線に
対して±１５度の角度範囲に位置させたことを特
徴とする製織機械の織物巻き取り装置。
