(Prior art) Conventionally, in order to smooth the floor surface, a carpet 7 is pasted on, for example, a urethane foam layer 8 placed on a floor surface 5 with a damping sheet 11 interposed therebetween, as shown in FIG. There is. This type of carpet has the drawback that as the carpet 7 becomes larger and heavier, it becomes difficult to handle, and a gap 12 is created between the vibration damping sheet 11 and the urethane foam layer 8. Further, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 58-183330 shown in FIG. 4, a foam layer 9 having a cushion structure is interposed between the upper and lower damping sheets 11 and 13. When this type of composite vibration damping and sound insulating material is used in recent vehicles where the floor surface 5 has deeper and more irregularities to increase the rigidity of the floor surface, a gap 14 is created between the vibration damping sheet 11 and the foam layer 9. There is a drawback that undulations 15 occur on the upper surface of the vibration damping sheet 13.

(Function of the invention) Therefore, according to the present invention, since the lower surface of the molded material is formed in a shape that can engage with the floor surface of the vehicle, it is possible to set this composite vibration damping and sound insulating material on the floor surface of the vehicle. When heat-sealing, the heat-fusible vibration-proof sheet between the lower surface of the molded material and the vehicle floor surface fits well with both, and no gap is created between the molded material and the floor surface. Furthermore, the molding is made of a material that is difficult to deform and has a flat top surface. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a vibration damping effect on the vehicle floor surface and to make the floor surface smooth.

(Description of Examples) This invention will be explained below based on FIGS. 1 and 2 showing examples. FIG. 1 shows the state before the composite vibration damping and sound insulating material 4 is baked onto the floor surface 5 of a vehicle, and FIG. 2 shows the state after baking. The composite vibration damping and sound insulating material 4 has a structure in which a molded material 2 is interposed between vibration damping sheets 1 and 3. The damping sheet 1 is made of asphalt material with a weight ratio of 40%, mica as an inorganic material,

Use 5g/cm and 4mm thick. Molding material 2
This is the thickness of so-called resin felt, which is made by adding 20% by weight of felt powder as a binder to coarse wool, cotton wool, and linen wool and making it into a felt shape that is semi-cured.
A 17 mm piece is molded using a hot press mold having a shape similar to the unevenness of the floor surface 5. The molding material 2 has a high-density part 2a of 15 g/cm, and a low-density part 2b, which fits into the recess of the floor 5, has a density of 04 g/cm. The damping sheet 3 was made of the same material as the damping sheet 1 and had a thickness of 2 mm. These members are combined as shown in FIG. 1, the unevenness of the lower surface 2c of the molded material 2 is aligned with the unevenness of the floor surface 5, and baked at a temperature of 150° C. for 20 minutes to form the shape shown in FIG. The damping sheet 1 was softened by heat and fused along the unevenness of the floor surface 5, and the molded material 2 was pushed into the damping sheet 1 by the weight of the damping sheet 3. The asphalt material of the damping sheets 1 and 3 oozed out due to heat and was integrally bonded to the molded material 2.

The thicknesses of the damping sheets 1 and 3 and the molded material 2 are set depending on the desired damping and soundproofing effects. Molding material 2 includes molded urethane, polyethylene, polypropylene,
Polyvinyl carbonate foam can also be used.

With the above structure, the gap 14 between the damping sheet 11 and the foam layer 9 and the undulations 15 on the upper surface of the damping sheet 13, as shown in FIG. 4, do not occur in the conventional structure.

When heat-sealing the composite vibration-damping and sound-insulating material 4 to the floor surface 5, the vibration-damping sheet 1, molded material 2, and vibration-damping sheet 3 may be partially temporarily fixed with an adhesive or the like. Further, the alignment between the unevenness of the floor surface 5 and the composite vibration-damping and sound-insulating material 4 may be made by using a drainage hole (not shown) in the floor surface 5 or a peripheral member (not shown) of the floor surface 5 as the positive position.

In addition, the composite vibration damping and sound insulating material 4 is subjected to water grinding, but if there is a risk that water may enter the layer of the molded material 2 during the water sanding process, the molded material 2 is made smaller than the vibration damping sheets 1 and 3 to form a vibration damping sheet. Edges 1 and 3 may be sealed to prevent water from entering.

(Effect of the invention) This invention has the above-mentioned configuration, so when heat-sealing the composite vibration-damping and sound-insulating material to the floor surface of a vehicle, the lower surface of the molded material conforms to the floor surface, which has a shape similar to the unevenness of the floor surface. There are no gaps between the molded material and the floor. Moreover, since the upper surface of the molded material is flat, the upper damping sheet maintains its flat state. Furthermore, since the formation of the composite vibration-damping and sound-insulating material and the assembly to the vehicle floor can be performed in the same process, it has the effect of improving work efficiency. In addition, a vibration damping effect on the vehicle floor surface is obtained, and the floor surface becomes smooth, so there is no squishy feeling felt on the feet when driving, and drivability is improved.
