Claims (1)
- 弾性表面波パターンが上面に形成された圧電基
板を有し、この圧電基板の下面がパツケージ本体
に接着された弾性表面波装置において、前記圧電
基板の両側部に、この圧電基板の下面に開口しか
つ下面を両側部と中央部とに隔絶する溝を設け、
この溝より圧電基板の両端側をパツケージ本体に
接着したことを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。
