Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 極低温用熱電対の零接点を断熱容器に入れ
た飽和状態の低沸点流体中に浸してその沸点を基
準温度とする装置において、熱容量の大きい材料
で作られ下端寄りに穿設した挿入穴に上記熱電対
零接点が挿入されるとともに零接点近傍が外周に
巻回される巻回ブロツクと、断熱効果の高い材料
で作られ上記巻回ブロツクを上記断熱容器内で支
持する架台とを具えたことを特徴とする極低温用
熱電対の零接点設定装置。 (2) 極低温用熱電対の零接点を断熱容器に入れ
た飽和状態の低沸点流体中に浸してその沸点を基
準温度とする装置において、上記断熱容器の低沸
点流体中に設置され低沸点流体を入れた内部容器
と、熱容量の大きい材料で作られ下端寄りに穿設
した挿入穴に上記熱電対接点が挿入されるととも
に零接点近傍が外周に巻回される巻回ブロツクと
、断熱効果の高い材料で作られ上記巻回ブロツク
を上記内部容器内で支持する架台とを具えたこと
を特徴とする極低温用熱電対の零接点設定装置。
