    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 誤り訂正用ＩＣの誤り訂正機能を評価する誤り
    訂正用ＩＣ試験回路において、ＰＮパターン発生
    回路と、このＰＮパターン発生回路の出力するＰ
    Ｎパターンを用いて任意の誤りデータを生成する
    誤りデータ発生回路と、被試験回路である誤り訂
    正ＩＣのエラーフラグ出力およびチエツクビツト
    信号および前記任意の誤りデータを入力して評価
    するＣＰＵとを有し、誤り訂正機能を短時間で自
    動的に評価することを特徴とする誤り訂正用ＩＣ
    試験回路。
