である。 １……背面電極（アルミ箔）、２……絶縁層、
３……発光層、４……透明電極（透明導電フイル
ム）、５，６……吸湿フイルム、７，８……外皮
フイルム。
発光灯の断面図、第２図はその平面図、第３図は
第２実施例の断面図、第４図は第３実施例の封止

面図である。第６図は従来の電界発光灯の断面図
である。 １……背面電極（アルミ箔）、２……絶縁層、

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 背面電極、反射絶縁層、発光層及び透明電
極を順次積層してなる電界発光素子の両面に吸湿
フイルムを配置し、かつ、背面電極及び透明電極
からリードを導出して外皮フイルムにて密閉封止
した電界発光灯において、 透明電極は、背面電極、反射絶縁層、発光層を
形成した積層体よりも小面積であり、吸湿層は透
明電極よりも小面積であることを特徴とする電界
発光灯。 (2) 背面電極、反射絶縁層、発光層及び透明電
極を順次積層してなる電界発光素子の両面に吸湿
フイルムを配置し、かつ背面電極及び透明電極か
らリードを導出して外皮フイルムにて密封封止し
た電界発光灯において、 背面電極、反射絶縁層、発光層を形成した積層
体は透明電極より小面積であり、透明電極側の吸
湿フイルムは前記積層体より小面積であることを
特徴とする電界発光灯。
