の赤外線センサエレメントの赤外線入力−電気出
力特性を模式的に示した図、第２図ｂは補正テー
ブルの入出力特性の一例を模式的に示した図、第
３図は赤外線固体撮像素子を用いた赤外線撮像装
置の原理を示す模式図、第４図は従来の赤外線撮
像装置の一例を示すブロツク図である。
図中、１は赤外線固体撮像素子、２は赤外線レ
ンズ、３は信号処理系、６はＡ／Ｄ変換器、７は
アドレス発生器、８は埋込回路、９は記憶回路１
、１０は欠点補正回路、１７は補正テーブルであ
る。尚、図中同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示
す。

するための補正テーブルを備えたことを特徴とす
