Claims (1)
- 処理物を外部と出し入れするための蓋を備えた
予備容器を併設した処理容器と、前記容器間を隔
絶または連通するための仕切り材を取り付けた開
口を通して処理物の着脱と保持の機構を有し、か
つ該容器間の処理物の移動を可能ならしめるアク
チユエーターを装備した予備容器を有する処理装
置において、該アクチユエーターに、その移動部
分と相互に摺動可能かつ摺動部の気密性を維持可
能に嵌合してなるシール板を取り付けるとともに
、前記予備容器にガス導入弁およびガス排出弁を
設けたことを特徴とする予備容器を有する処理装
置。
