Claims (1)
- 試料粒子が分散する媒体を収容した試料容器に
対して所定波長の第１のレーザ光を照射する第１
のレーザ光照射手段および前記試料粒子によつて
回折もしくは散乱する各散乱角ごとの前記第１の
レーザ光の光強度をそれぞれ測定するリング状デ
イテクタを含む大径粒子検出用光学系と、前記試
料容器に対して前記第１のレーザ光よりも短い波
長の第２のレーザ光を照射する第２のレーザ光照
射手段および前記試料粒子によつて回折もしくは
散乱する各散乱角ごとの前記第２のレーザ光の光
強度をそれぞれ測定するフオトセンサ群を含む小
径粒子検出用光学系と、前記リング状デイテクタ
の測定データを粒子径が小さい粒度範囲のデータ
として、また前記フオトセンサ群の測定データを
粒子径が大きい粒度範囲のデータとして共に取り
込むデータ入力手段と、フラウンホーフア回折も
しくはミー散乱理論に基づき前記データ入力手段
による入力データから前記試料粒子の粒度分布を
粒子径が小さい粒度範囲から粒子径が大きい粒度
範囲にわたつて算出する粒度分布算出手段とを備
えたことを特徴とする粒度分布測定装置。
