本発明は、基板を供給する基板供給装置に関するもので

ストッパーと、上記昇降板及びプッシャーの動作を制御
する制御装置とから成り、上記制御装置は、上記位置検
出手段が基板を検出するまで上記昇降板を上昇させた後
、上記プッシャーを押し出す制御をすることによって達
