Claims (1)
- 導体パターンをそれぞれ有する可撓性ベースを
スペーサの両面に、前記導体パターンを互いに対
向させて配設し、前記一方の可撓性ベースの導体
パターン側とは反対側にカバーを設け、このカバ
ーと前記可撓性ベースとの間に外部に連通する連
通路を有する加圧室を設け、この加圧室に供給さ
れる流体圧によつて前記可撓性ベースを変位させ
、両導体パターンを接触させるようにしたことを
特徴とする圧力スイツチ。
