By keeping the thickness of the coating substantially constant, the quality of the coating is not only improved, but also the coating operation is made easier and more efficient as a continuous operation.

The present invention provides a cylindrical body in which a cylindrical plunger is inserted into a gel supply path that penetrates a nozzle body and forms a valve seat at the lower end, and has a pressure receiving part on the inner peripheral surface of the plunger and a valve at the lower end. a gel supply section in which a gel flow path communicating with the gel supply path is connected to a gel storage tank via a reed valve; On the higher side of the seed container having a bottom surface,
providing a seed supply hole located above the cylindrical body;
a seed supply unit, in which a worm wheel and a seed plate are fixed to a rotating shaft pivotally mounted on the bottom wall of the seed container, and the seed plate is provided with a seed receiving hole that coincides with the seed supply hole through rotation; and an end portion. A worm that engages with the worm wheel and two types of cams are fixed to a shaft having a handle, and a lever that is pushed by either of the cams and pushes the plunger downward when pushed. and a drive unit that synchronizes the operations of forming a gel film by opening a valve, supplying seeds onto the gel film, and forming a gel film on seeds by opening the valve, by rotating the handle.
