Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 焼結された金属酸化物と、この金属酸化物の
対向する両面に固着された端子電極とを有するサ
ーミスタにおいて、前記端子電極は複数の金属層
から構成されていることを特徴とするサーミスタ
。 ２ 端子電極は順次形成されたチタン層、白金層
、金層またはチタン層、ニツケル層、金層を有す
る請求項１記載のサーミスタ。
