Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 断熱保温されたライトパイプ内に試料と光
    を導入し、試料により吸収を受けた光を導出して
    試料の分光分析を行う赤外分光光度計用セルであ
    つて、試料セル用のライトパイプ端部に測定光導
    入／導出用のライトパイプを取り付け、該測定光
    導入／導出用のライトパイプの外側端面に集光鏡
    を配置したことを特徴とするパイプ結合型赤外分
    光光度計用セル。 (2) 測定光導入／導出用のライトパイプは、窓
    材と一体化して内部を真空引きしたことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のパイプ
    結合型赤外分光光度計用セル。 (3) 測定光導入／導出用のライトパイプは、窓
    材を使つて構成し、窓材の外周面で測定光を反射
    させるようにしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のパイプ結合型赤外分光光
    度計用セル。
