Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 各種の異常を検出するために監視対象に配置
される複数のセンサー１を備え、該センサー１に
監視電流を供給し、前記センサー１によつて感知
される電流値の変化に基づいて監視対象の異常を
検出するセンサー回路監視装置において、 前記複数のセンサー１に間欠的に立上りおよび
立下りを緩和したパルス状の監視電流を供給する
パルス電源回路２と、 前記センサー１を択一的に選択するスイツチ回
路３と、 選択されたセンサー１の出力信号を基準出力信
号と比較するセンサー出力比較部４と、 選択されたセンサー１に監視電流が流れている
間に前記センサー出力比較部４の比較結果につい
て複数回のサンプリングを行うセンサー出力サン
プリング部５と、 前記複数回のサンプリング結果から異常を検出
する異常検出部６とを備えることを特徴とするセ
ンサー回路監視装置。 ２ 前記パルス電源回路２のスイツチング用トラ
ンジスタの入力側に前記センサー１に流すパルス
状の監視電流の立ち上がりおよび立ち下がりを緩
和するため、コンデンサ２４と、該コンデンサ２
４の放電用抵抗２５と、該コンデンサ２４の充電
用抵抗２３とからなる積分回路が設けられている
請求項１記載のセンサー回路監視装置。 ３ 前記パルス電源回路２のパルス状の監視電流
のパルス幅が変化する請求項１記載のセンサー回
路監視装置。
