ータの内周面を保持および開放させるピン配置径
変更手段１７，１９，２０，２２と、 前記ホルダ部材を前記保持中心の周りに回動さ
せるホルダ部材回動手段１８，２３，２６と、 前記保持中心から所定距離の位置で前記基部に
固設されて、前記ピンにより保持されたセンサロ
ータの表裏を検知するセンサ２７と、を設けたこ
