Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ＩＣチツプ上に形成された接続電極と、上
    下２枚のガラスあるいは樹脂等よりなる基板の間
    に液晶層を挟持してなる液晶パネルの基板上に形
    成された上記ＩＣチツプの接続電極と相対峙して
    形成された接続用回路が、絶縁性接着剤あるいは
    異方導電性接着剤あるいは導電ペースト等により
    接合された液晶パネルにおいて、上記ＩＣチツプ
    を駆動する入力信号を供給する回路部品は、ポリ
    イミドあるいはポリエステルあるいはポリエチレ
    ンテレフタレート等のフレキシブル回路基板より
    なり、上記フレキシブル回路基板は上記ＩＣチツ
    プに入力信号を供給する部位および複数のＩＣチ
    ツプに入力信号を配給する回路パターンの部位が
    すくなくとも一体に形成されており、上記フレキ
    シブル回路基板はＳ字状あるいはＵ字状等の湾曲
    部を有する平面形状を一部に有することを特徴と
    する回路の接続構造。 (2) Ｓ字状あるいはＵ字状等の屈曲状の平面形
    状において、湾曲部を挟んで非湾曲部上で折り曲
    げたことを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の回路の接続構造。
