Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 扇風機の電動モータおよび交流電源にそれ
    ぞれ電気接続する整流器と、 この整流器にソースおよびドレインを介して電
    気接続するパワーＭＯＳＦＥＴ（電源用金属酸化
    半導体電界効果トランジスタ）と、 このパワーＭＯＳＦＥＴのゲートに電気接続し
    てパワーＭＯＳＦＥＴのソースおよびドレイン間
    の電圧値を調整し、パワーＭＯＳＦＥＴのソース
    およびドレイン間のドレイン電流を変化させるこ
    とが扇風機の電動モータを流れる電流を変化させ
    、扇風機の回転速度を制御する電圧変更手段とを
    備えた扇風機の電子式回転速度制御装置。 (2) 上記電圧変更手段が、ワンチツプＩＣ（集
    積回路）として形成された請求項１記載の扇風機
    の電子式回転速度制御装置。 (3) 上記扇風機の電子式回転速度制御装置が、
    前記交流電源に電気接続し前記整流器に電源を提
    供する電源入力部と、前記整流器に電気接続し扇
    風機に電源を提供する電源出力部とを備えて、扇
    風機とは独立したアダプタとして構成された請求
    項１または２記載の扇風機の電子式回転速度制御
    装置。
