パイプ素材である。このパイプ素材1をロール成
型機あるいはプレス成型機等の適当な成型機にか
けて第2図に示すごとく断面が偏平長方形の中空
パネル2に成型し、フラツシユドアの表裏2枚の
パネル板2a,2bと両側の木口2cとを一体に
形成する。前記パイプ素材1は、ドイの高さと等
しい寸法に切断したものをプレス成型するバツチ
方式でもよいが、大規模生産の場合は、所定幅を
有する長尺ストリツプコイルの端を引出しながら
ロールにかけて丸め、継目を電気溶接してパイプ
素材1を完成し、続いてロール成型機で第2図に
示す中空パネル2形に連続的に成型し、成型され
たものを遂次定尺に切断していく連続生産方式を
採用することにより大量生産が可能である。

らず製品の仕上り精度もバラツキがなく格段に向
上させることができる等の優れた効果を奏するも
のである。
