    に加熱され、この状態で湿度を検知して湿度に応
    じた値の電気信号を出力する感湿部と、 熱線の反射率が高い金属層が内面に被着形成さ
    れ、外部の雰囲気と内部との通気を保ちつつ感湿
    部を収納する容器と、 を備え、 容器の金属層により感湿部から放射されるエネ
    ルギーを反射させることを特徴とする湿度センサ
    。
