Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 不揮発性の半導体記憶装置において、 当該装置製造時に記憶情報が登録される第１の
記憶領域および当該装置製造後に記憶情報が登録
される第２の記憶領域を１つの半導体チツプ上に
有し、各記憶領域が共通の制御信号によつて制御
されることを特徴とする半導体記憶装置。 (2) 前記第１の記憶領域はマスクＲＯＭによつ
て構成され、前記第２の記憶領域はプログラマブ
ルＲＯＭによつて構成されることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体記憶装
置。 (3) 前記マスクＲＯＭはバイポーラマスクＲＯ
Ｍであり、前記プログラマブルＲＯＭはヒユーズ
型プログラマブルＲＯＭであることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の半導体記憶
装置。
