Claims (1)
- 制御装置が正常時には、制御装置からの制御出
力信号を受信し、操作端に再出力、あるいはダイ
オードを介して直接操作端に出力し、制御装置が
異常時に制御装置の異常を知らせる異常通報信号
により回路を切替え異常となる直前の制御出力信
号を操作端に出力することにより、制御装置異常
時に制御出力信号をバツクアツプするプロセス制
御装置のバツクアツプ装置において、制御装置か
らの制御出力信号のトレンドデータをあるサンプ
リング周期で記憶する複数の記憶素子と、この記
憶素子を制御する制御回路を設け、制御装置から
の異常通報信号を受信した時に何周期前のデータ
を出力するかを設定できるようにすることにより
、制御装置の特性に合わせてこの設定を行い、制
御装置の異常時には異常となる前の正常値を必ず
出力することを特徴とするプロセス制御装置のバ
ツクアツプ装置。
