Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円板状台金の外周端縁部に超砥粒層を設け
てなる切断砥石において、台金外周端に極近接し
て、同心円状に亘つて、間隔をおき軸心に対し傾
斜して並ぶ多数の外周端側を凸とする円弧状透溝
を有し、超砥粒層は、外周端縁に、連続して形成
されてなる切断砥石。 (2) 透溝はレーザー加工により極細に形成され
、超砥粒層は、ダイヤモンドまたはＣＢＮ砥粒が
電鍍により固着されてなる実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の切断砥石。
