Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 実質的に水平方向において直線的に往復動する
ブレード状ドライバによりステープルを袋状物の
集束された口部に宛がい、ドライバとクリンチヤ
とによりステープルをクリンチして袋状物を密封
結束する密封結束機であつて、 ドライバの上下面に対して若干傾斜して設けら
れた２本のクリンチ溝を形成し、各クリンチ溝が
ステープルの対向脚と係合し該対向脚を袋状物の
集束された口部の周囲に巻き付けるように案内す
るクリンチヤと、 ドライバの往復動の通路となりステープルの対
向脚の先端部を先にしステープルのクラウンを後
にして移動するための２本の対向ガイド溝を有す
るドライバガイドであつて、クリンチヤに対向す
るドライバガイドの先端部においてクリンチ溝の
低い側の溝端に対向する一方のガイド溝を形成す
る上側溝壁と下側溝壁とは、上側溝壁が下側溝壁
に対して中心軸に対して突出量が少なくなるよう
に設定され、クリンチ溝の高い側の溝端に対向す
る他方のガイド溝を形成する上側溝壁と下側溝壁
とは、下側溝壁が上側溝壁に対して中心軸に対し
て突出量が少なくなるように設定されたドライバ
ガイドと から成り、ステープルが袋状物の口部に対してほ
ぼ直交してクリンチされることを特徴とする密封
結束機。
