した斜視図、第５図は従来の給電回路の電気的特
性図である。図中、１……誘電体基板Ａ、２……
ストリツプ線路、３……地板、４……誘電体基板
Ｂ、５……２分配回路、６……多分配回路、７ａ
及び７ｂ……チツプ状ＲＦ抵抗、８……入力端子
、９……出力端子、１０……薄膜抵抗が付加され
た誘電体基板Ｃ、１１……薄膜抵抗によつて構成
されたＲＦダミーである。なお、図中、同一符号
は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 誘電体基板どうしを重ね合わせて構成する
    トリプレート形ストリツプ線路により構成される
    ２分配又は多分配の分配回路において、分配回路
    を構成するストリツプ線路とアイソレーシヨンを
    得るために使用するＲＦ抵抗をエツチングにより
    同一基板上に形成して構成したことを特徴とする
    給電回路。 (2) 誘電体基板どうしを重ね合わせて構成する
    トリプレート形ストリツプ線路により構成される
    ２分配又は多分配の分配回路において、分配回路
    を構成するストリツプ線路とアイソレーシヨンを
    得るために使用するＲＦ抵抗をエツチングにより
    同一基板上形成して構成しかつ、各出力端子にお
    ける位相を等しくするためにストリツプ線路を折
    り曲げて実装し、入力端子から各出力端子までの
    電気長を等しくしたこちを特徴とする給電回路。 (3) 誘電体基板どうしを重ね合わせて構成する
    トリプレート形ストリツプ線路により構成される
    ２分配又は多分配の分配回路において、分配回路
    を構成するストリツプ線路とアイソレーシヨンを
    得るために使用するＲＦ抵抗をエツチングにより
    同一基板上に形成して構成しかつ、多分配の分配
    回路を多段接続することによつて少ないスペース
    でより多くの端子に電力を分配できるように構成
    したことを特徴とする給電回路。
