Claims (1)
- 電子線を発生させる電子銃部と該電子線を拡大
、縮小し、試料に照射する照射系と該電子線によ
る試料像を得る手段を具備する鏡体と、鏡体及び
排気系の吸着ガスを放出させる焼き出し機構にお
いて、フイラメントの点灯終了後、５分以上経過
した後自動的に焼き出しを開始、終了する機能を
有することを特徴とする電子顕微鏡。
