- 表裏面に導体が形成されたＭＭＩＣ基板にバイ
アホールが形成され、該バイアホールの内壁上に
貫通導体が形成され、該貫通導体上に誘電体層が
形成され、該誘電体層上に導体層が形成されて構
成された信号ラインを有することを特徴とするＭ
ＭＩＣ。
