In this way, the piezoelectric element 4,
4 and terminal board 5 are positioned and housed, a partition plate 14 made of cardboard is fitted into the opening of the case 1. A plurality of holding holes 15 are formed in this partition plate 14, and a corresponding terminal plate 5 is individually inserted into each holding hole 15. Each holding hole 15 is formed by making a U-shaped cut in each partition plate 14, and after the intermediate portion of each terminal plate 5 is positioned and held in this holding hole 15, the partition plate 14 is Opening recess 2 of upper case 1
A resin liquid 18 is injected and hardened to seal the inside of the case 1.

In such a case, if the cut positions of the holding holes 15 of the partition plate 14 vary due to accuracy, or if the fitting position of the partition plate 14 shifts during assembly, as shown in FIG. A spring force is generated at the contact portion of the holding hole 15 with the terminal plate 5, and this spring force causes the terminal plate 5 to tilt to one side, or a gap is created between the terminal plate 5 and the holding hole 15. Therefore, there is a problem in that the resin liquid 18 may enter the housing space 3 of the piezoelectric elements 4, 4, and adversely affect the filter characteristics.

<Means for solving the problem> In order to achieve this purpose, this invention
The opening area of the holding hole formed in the partition plate to be fitted into the opening of the case is set to be larger than the cross-sectional area of the terminal plate, and an auxiliary partition material having a fitting hole into which the terminal plate is tightly fitted is provided. Insert it into the terminal board,
The present invention is characterized by a configuration in which each auxiliary partition material inserted through the terminal plate is installed on the partition plate to close the gap between the terminal plate and the holding hole.

FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional side view of this embodiment, and the second
The figure is an exploded perspective view showing the main parts taken out, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged sectional view of the main parts. In these figures, reference numeral 1 indicates a case. This case 1 has an opening recess 2 at the upper end, and an element storage space 3 is formed with a step at the back of the opening recess 2. In the element storage space 3 in the case 1, a plurality of piezoelectric elements 4, 4 and terminal plates 5, . Each piezoelectric element 4, 4 is a spread vibration mode element 4, 4 formed by forming electrodes 7, 7, respectively, on the opposing main surfaces of a piezoelectric substrate 6 made of ceramic, which is formed into a square shape when viewed from the front. has a vibration node point. Each terminal plate 5 has a lead portion 9 extending from a square holding portion 8 facing the main surface of the piezoelectric elements 4, 4, and a protrusion 10 formed at the center of the holding portion 8. Note that the central terminal plate 5a does not have the lead portion 9.

A partition plate 14 is fitted into the stepped portion 13 at the rear end of the opening recess 2 of the case 1. The partition plate 14 is made of rectangular cardboard with a liquid-proof property laminated with a resin material on the back side, and a plurality of rectangular holding holes 15 through which the terminal plate 5 is inserted are arranged at predetermined intervals. The lead portions 9 of the terminal board 5 are inserted into each holding hole 15 . This holding hole 1
5 is inserted so that the terminal plate 5 is inserted with enough room.
The opening area is set to be sufficiently larger than the cross-sectional area of the corresponding terminal plate 5. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, a relatively large gap g is formed between each terminal plate 5 and the partition plate 14, so that the terminal plate 5 is not pressed against the partition plate 14.

Reference numerals 16... are auxiliary partition members. This auxiliary partition member 16 is made of a small rectangular plate made of cardboard, and has a slit-shaped fitting hole 17 formed therein into which the lead portion 9 of the terminal plate 5 is tightly fitted, and is formed on the outside of the partition plate 14. It is inserted into the lead portion 9 of the facing terminal board 5. Then, the auxiliary partition material 16 inserted into the lead portion 9
By bringing the terminal plate 5 into close contact with the partition plate 14, the gap g between the terminal plate 5 and the holding hole 15 is closed by the auxiliary partition member 16.

<Effects of the invention> As described above, according to the invention, the opening area of the holding hole formed in the partition plate fitted into the opening of the case is set larger than the cross-sectional area of the terminal plate, and the terminal plate Auxiliary partitions having fitting holes that fit tightly are inserted into the terminal board, and each of the auxiliary partitions inserted through the terminal board is installed on the partition board to create a gap between the terminal board and the holding hole. Since the gap is closed, even if there are variations in the dimensional accuracy of the terminal board or partition plate, the partition plate will not apply excessive pressure to the terminal board, and the terminal board will tilt to one side. can be prevented. In addition, since the gap between the terminal plate and the holding hole is closed with the auxiliary partition material, it is possible to eliminate the risk of resin liquid infiltrating into the housing space of the piezoelectric element.
The characteristics of electronic components can be stabilized.
