Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液体の流入口と流出口とを有する容器内に
    取付けた中空の固定軸に、複数枚の円板膜を所定
    の間隔を置いて挿着して膜分離手段を構成すると
    ともに、各円板膜の膜面に洗浄部材が接触するよ
    うに洗浄部材のホールダを設けて洗浄機構を構成
    し、液体の膜分離処理を行うことによつて、円板
    膜の膜透過液を固定軸の中空部に集液して容器外
    へ流出させ、膜分離処理に伴い円板膜の膜面上に
    付着した堆積物を前記の洗浄部材によつて擦り取
    るようにした膜分離装置であつて、円板膜群の両
    端の固定軸に支持枠体を回転可能に取付けるとと
    もに支持枠体の間に駆動部材を掛け渡し、さらに
    洗浄部材のホールダの一端部に設けた取付口を固
    定軸に回転可能に取付けるとともに、ホールダの
    他端部を駆動部材に係合し、支持枠体を回転させ
    て駆動部材によつて洗浄部材のホールダを回転さ
    せることを特徴とした膜分離装置。 (2) 複数枚の円板膜を固定軸に挿入したスペー
    スリングを介して所定の間隔を置いて挿着し、さ
    らに洗浄部材のホールダの一端部に設けた取付口
    をスペースリングに回転可能に取付けた請求項１
    に記載した膜分離装置。
