In this building, all the dwelling units are arranged facing the outer wall surfaces of the inner side, which is the valley side where the building is curved, and the outer side, which is the opposite side. The building includes a distributed core consisting of a central core provided at the inner part of the central part of the building where the two wings intersect, and a lateral core provided at the inner part between the end of each wing and the central core. ing. The central core is a multi-layered atrium, and the central core and the side cores are arranged without being interrupted and communicated with by a dwelling unit provided between both cores. Each wing may have at least one side core, but depending on the length of the wing, two or more side cores may be provided.

In Figures 1 and 2, the building 1 has a first wing 1a and a second wing 1b that intersect to form a V-shape in plan, and both wings 1a and 1b are approximately aligned with the building axis.
They intersect at 45 degrees, and the building has 27 floors.
This building uses a distributed core format from the second floor to the 19th floor, and a centralized core format from the 20th floor onwards.

The building has a central core (portion shown in pointillism in Figure 1) 2 in the inner part of the building's center where the wings 1a and 1b intersect, and a central core 2 between the end sides of both wings and the central core. It is a distributed core in which side cores 3 and 3a are respectively provided in the inner part (portion shown in stippling in FIG. 1). central core 2
There is an elevator room 5 of the regular elevator 4 and an emergency elevator 6 that go directly to the 20th floor of building 1.
elevator rooms 7 are arranged respectively. The upper and lower floors of the central core 2 are connected by a spiral staircase 8. Also in the side cores 3, 3a are elevator rooms 10,
10 and stairs 11, 11 are provided, and elevators 9, 9 can go up and down from the mezzanine floor to the 20th floor and can stop at each floor.

This is a centralized core format that does not have a. For this reason, common corridors 2a and 2b extend from the central core 2 toward the wives of the wings 1a and 1b. On the 20th floor (Fig. 3), elevator rooms 10, 10 are provided at the end of each corridor 2a, 2b. Each wing 1a, 1b has a building 1 across the corridors 2a, 2b.
Dwelling units 12 are arranged on the outside of the building, and stairwells 13 and storage rooms 14 are arranged on the inside, and all the dwelling units are arranged facing the outer wall on the outside of the building.

Common corridors 2a1 and 2b1 extend to the outer walls on the gable sides of 1a and 1b. The housing units in these three tiers are a combination of maisonettes and flats. Section A shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 indicates a maisonette, and section B indicates a flat. Each unit in the maisonette is entered through the entrance located on the 24th floor (Fig. 7).
The entrances 19c and 19d lead to the stairs 20c and 12b, respectively, on the 23rd floor (Fig. 6).

This will ensure long hours of sunlight for all residential units. And since it adopts a distributed core format, it is possible to increase the rental ratio. Moreover, the central core and side cores are not connected to each other, but the housing units are placed between them, and there are no corridors, so the area is dedicated to housing. Efficiency can be increased. The central core has an open ceiling, creating a rich space and giving the building a sense of openness. This, combined with the fact that all residential units face the outside of the building, increases the comfort of living. .
