2. Description of the Related Art A conventional method of manufacturing a dielectric resonator will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 9 is an external view of a conventional dielectric resonator. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of a conventional dielectric resonator. Figure 1
Reference numeral 1 is an equivalent circuit of the dielectric resonator. 9 and 10
In the above, the dielectric block 51 is a dielectric substance made of ceramic such as barium titanate (BaTiO 3 ), for example, and has two through holes formed therein. An internal electrode 53 is formed on the entire surface of the dielectric block 51 except the open end surface, that is, an inner surface of the through hole, an external electrode 54 is formed on four peripheral surfaces of the dielectric block 51, and a bottom electrode 55 is formed on the bottom. As a method of forming these electrodes, for example, a silver paste is applied to the surface of the dielectric block 51 and the inner surface of the resonance hole 52 and then baked to obtain a thick silver film.
Another electrode forming method is to print or apply a resist on the open end of the dielectric block 51 and then perform plating.
Then, finally, the resist is removed.

It was made by inserting the lead wires 41 into the resin mold portion 42 one by one. In addition, the terminal portions thus created were press-fitted into the resonance holes 52 of the dielectric block 51 one by one. In recent years, the size of the dielectric resonator tends to decrease as the frequency used for the dielectric resonator increases. There have been many difficulties in automating the manufacture of such a dielectric resonator that tends to be miniaturized.

[Operation] A large number of plate-shaped lead portions connected to the tie bars and a molded portion including locking projections connected to the plate-shaped lead portions are obtained by punching a strip-shaped metal plate. Then, the part to be molded including the locking protrusion is resin-molded. In this way, the plate-shaped lead portions connected by the tie bars are suitable for molding a plurality of pieces at once. Further, since the terminal portion in which the plate-shaped lead portion is molded is connected to each other by the tie bar and supports each other to maintain the strength, the terminal portion has a strength enough to be pressed into the resonance hole of the dielectric resonator at a time. . Furthermore, since the locking protrusion is formed on the molded portion, the plate-shaped lead portion does not come off from the molded portion when the terminal portion is press-fitted into the resonance hole of the dielectric resonator. In addition, the strip-shaped metal plate is effectively used by connecting the upper and lower tie bars by changing the direction of the molded portion including a large number of plate-shaped lead portions and locking projections connected to the plate-shaped lead portions in a vertically symmetrical manner. You can also do it. As described above, since the plurality of lead wires are integrally formed as a lead frame, handling at the time of automation becomes easy.

Next, the base portion 18 of the molded portion 16 connected to the tie bars 12 and 13 is cut so that two lead frames 11 shown in FIG. 2 are obtained. Next, the molded portion 16 including the locking protrusion 17 in the lead frame 11 shown in FIG. 2 is resin-molded. The resin is made of a dielectric material such as polyphenylene sulfide resin. In addition, the mold portion 21 molded with resin is used as the resonance hole 3 of the dielectric block 31.
2 (see FIG. 6), the lid portion 22 when press-fitted, the insertion portion 23 inserted into the resonance hole 32, and the resonance hole 32 firmly when the insertion portion 23 is inserted into the resonance hole 32. It is composed of a plurality of locking projections 25 for fixing. Further, when the dielectric block 31 has a plurality of resonance holes 32, the lid portions 22 of the mold portion 21 are connected to each other by the connecting portions 24. With this connecting portion 24, as can be seen from FIG. 3, FIG. 4 or FIG. 6, the mold portion 21 is the connecting portion 2 between the tie bar 12 and the mold portion 21.
Since it is more firmly connected to the mold 4,
This facilitates the work for press-fitting into the resonance hole 32 of the dielectric block 31. Especially when performing automation, the tie bar 1
A firm connection between the 2 and the connection 24 is required.

1. A plurality of plate-shaped lead portions (15) connected to a tie bar (12) of a strip-shaped metal plate, and the plate-shaped lead portions (15).
The first step of punching out the strip-shaped metal plate so as to form in parallel the molded part 16 including the locking projections 17 connected to each other, and the plurality of molded parts 16 including the locking projections 17 made of a dielectric material. The second step of molding, the third step of forming a conductive film on at least the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the dielectric block 31 having the through holes, and the mold portion 21 molded by the second step are obtained by the third step. And a fifth step of separating a part of the plate-shaped lead portion 15 from the tie bar 12, and a fourth step of press-fitting into the resonance hole 32 of the dielectric block 31, and a method of manufacturing a dielectric resonator. .

2. The plate-shaped lead portion 15 connected to one of the tie bars 12 of the strip-shaped metal plate and the molded portion 16 including a locking projection 17 continuous with the plate-shaped lead portion 15 are provided on the other side of the strip-shaped metal plate. Connecting to the tie bar 13 and punching a metal plate so as to form a plurality of the plate-shaped lead portions 15 and the molded portion 16 in parallel with each other between the tie-bars, and the plate-shaped leads. A second step of cutting a portion 18 of the molded portion 16 including the locking protrusions 17 connected to the portion 15, and a third step of molding the plurality of molded portions 16 including the locking protrusions 17 with a dielectric substance. And a fourth step of forming a conductive film on at least the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the dielectric block 31 having a through hole, and a molding portion 21 molded by the third step, which causes resonance of the dielectric block 31. A fifth step of press-fitting to 32, wherein a portion 19 of the plate-like lead section 15 tie bar 12, 13
