この考案はドーザー等の建設機械に設置されて
いる油圧式トランスミツシヨンを整備した後に負
荷試験を用なうために負荷試験装置に接続するた

(従来技術)
建設機械の油圧式トランスミツシヨンは第1図
に示す如く、その出力軸がかさ歯車と一体に構成
されている上、軸先端のかさ歯車とケースの間〓
が小さく設計されている等のことからこのかさ歯

(目的)
本案は、このような不都合を解消するため出力
軸かさ歯車に適合した負荷試験用接続具を提供す

具を現場において比較的簡単に製作できる他、同
種のかさ歯車に対しては反覆使用できるものであ

(構成)
本案は、トランスミツシヨン出力軸の負荷試験
用接続具に係り、トランスミツシヨン出力軸端部
のかさ歯車に対し、該かさ歯車の前面及び歯車部
を囲繞する盆状のカツプリングケースが前記かさ
歯車と中心軸を一致させて設けられると共に前記
ケースの開口端面に一対の半環体によつて環体と
されたフランジ付締付リングが締結され、前記ケ
ース内の空間にはケース外周部に設けられた注入
口から注入された合成樹脂が充填されて前記かさ
歯車と一体化され、更に前記ケースの底面部に負
荷試験機の回転軸に連結されたユニバーサルジヨ
イントを介して接続する継手部材が固設されてな
