トを合わせる。その高さで圧子の押えねじをゆる
め、圧子先端を治具表面に当接させる。昇降ハン

昇させ、押えねじで圧子を固定する。

置はダイヤモンドが装着されていることを特徴と
する超微小材料試験機の圧子交換治具をその要旨
