合が破壊されることもなかつた。第1の係合部材
が溝の周縁部をよく封止したため、溝内に発泡体
原液が流入して第1の係合部材のフツク体をうめ
ることもなかつた。この発泡成形体に、裏面に多
数の繊維ループ体をもつ表皮材をかぶせ押圧する
と、係合部材のフツク体と表皮材のループ体が係
合して、成形体上に表皮材が固定され、クツシヨ
ンとして使用できた。

合部材の裏面が成形体と一体的に埋設接合し、フ
ツク体が裏面に露出したポリエステル成形板が得
られた。
