単に駐車場としての利用においても、何れかのフロアに
駐車した後は一旦エレベータ等で一階まで降りないとそ
の建造物から出ることはできず大変不便である。

走行路と同一面で連なる外側駐車スペースを夫々設ける
と共に、該外側駐車スペースにおいて前記傾斜路と接続
したコーナー部との傾斜方向の連結部分はフラットな駐
車スペースとしたこと、或は前記フラットな駐車スペー
