(57)【要約】 【目的】 竪樋を簡単かつ強固に取付けできると共に、
取付け後は取付具が完全に隠れて竪樋の外観を損わない
竪樋取付具を提供する。 【構成】 保持片の中央で釘杆を固着してなり、上記保
持片の一端に固定爪を付設すると共に、他端には保持片
を抱持してスライド自在な可動爪を具え、上記固定爪の
付設部位から可動爪に亘りバネ体を跨設してなる竪樋取
付具。 【効果】 本考案は可動爪の弾発付勢により、竪樋の係
止溝に簡単かつ強固に止着するので施工に手間取らず、
しかも経時的に竪樋が離脱することがなく、また取付け
後は本考案が完全に隠れるので、竪樋外観が優れる等の
効果を奏する。

本考案は竪樋取付具に係り、詳しくは竪樋を簡単かつ強固に取付けできると共 に、取付け後は取付具が完全に隠れて竪樋の外観を損わない竪樋取付具に関する 。

【従来技術とその課題】
従来、竪樋を建屋の外壁に取付ける場合には、竪樋に巻付けて固定する控金具 や竪樋の両側面の長手方向に設けた凹条溝に弾発係着する係止部を具えた金具等 が用いられているが、これらは取付け後竪樋の前面或いは側面に金具が目立って 竪樋の外観を損うと共に、竪樋の取付けに手間取り、或いは経時的疲労により弾 発力が低下して竪樋が金具から離脱する虞れがあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記課題を解決するためのものであって、その要旨は、竪樋の軒先に 面する側壁面の両側部に、長手方向に沿い相対向する係止溝を具えた竪樋を保持 する取付具であって、保持片の略中央で釘杆を固着してなり、上記保持片の一端 には固定爪を具えると共に、他端には保持片を抱持してスライド自在な可動爪を 具え、上記固定爪の付設部位から可動爪に亘りバネ体を跨設してなる竪樋取付具 である。

【実施例】
以下、本考案を図面に基づき具体的に説明する。図１は本考案の取付具を斜視 図で示し、図２は本考案により竪樋を取付けた状態を一部断面図で示す。
【０００５】 本考案は図１に斜視図で示す如く、保持片１の略中央で釘杆２を固着してなり 、該保持片１の一端に固定爪１１を付設すると共に、他端には保持片１を抱持し たまま矢印Ｘ方向、Ｙ方向にスライド自在な可動爪１３を具え、上記固定爪１１ の付設部位から可動爪１３に亘りバネ体３を跨設してなるものである。
【０００６】 上記保持片１の他端末にはストッパー１２を設けておき、可動爪１３が保持片 １から外れることを防ぎ、上記バネ体３は固定爪１１の付設部位に一端を固定し 、他端を可動爪１３の基端部に固定し、フリーの状態では可動爪１３を常に矢印 Ｘ方向へ弾発的に付勢している。
【０００７】 そして、上記固定爪１１及び可動爪１３の先端には、必要に応じ鋸歯部１１１ ，１３１を形成し、また保持片１の肉厚が薄い場合には、強度を補うため補強リ ブ１４を膨出形成しておくことが好ましい。
【０００８】 本考案を用いて竪樋を軒先に取付けるには、図２に一部断面図で示す如く、先 づ取付具Ｂの釘杆２を軒先壁面Ｃに打込んでおき、次いで竪樋Ａの係止溝Ａ−１ に、保持片１の固定爪１１を係止すると同時に、取付具Ｂのバネ体３をドライバ ー等で内方へ押し曲げて可動爪１３を図１の矢印Ｙ方向に移動させ、しかるのち 弾発付勢により開放して、竪樋Ａの係止溝Ａ−２に可動爪１３を係止することが できる。

【考案の効果】
本考案は上記構成よりなるので下記効果を奏する。即ち、本考案の取付具の可 動爪の弾発付勢により、竪樋の係止溝に簡単かつ強固に止着するので、施工に手 間取らないと共に、経時的に竪樋が取付具から離脱することがなく、また本考案 は取付け後に軒先壁面と竪樋との間に完全に隠れるので、竪樋外観が損われるこ とがないと同時に、竪樋が軒先壁面に近接して取付けられるので、建家との一体 感を生ずる等の効果を奏する。
