【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
この考案は二枚の薄板を一定間隔の空間を設けて固定支持する金具に関する ものである。

【従来の技術】
（イ）メスネジの切った中子を二枚の板の中に入れて板の外からオスネジで締め 付ける。 （ロ）中子を板と板の間に挟み、板の外から番線を通して、番線を捻じり締め付 ける。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
（イ）の方法は資材と加工に費用と労力が掛かる。 （ロ）の方法は加工に労力が掛かる。 以上の様に従来の方法は、トータルコストが掛かりすぎた。 本考案はこれらの欠点を改良するために考案されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
支持金具本体（４）の両端近くに切り欠き（５）を設け、その内部支持部（２） を取り付けようとする、薄板（８）の板厚と同じ高さの薄板用隙間（７）の段差 を設け、その逆方向に切り欠き（５）間の中央に補強リブ（３）を設ける。 取り付けようとする薄板に支持金具本体（４）のＢ矢視図に一定の隙間を持った 薄板打ち抜き穴（６）を設け、支持金具本体（４）の折り曲げる稜線上の中心を 、支持金具本体（４）の薄板打ち抜き穴（５）に差し込み、補強リブ（３）と逆 方向にハンマー等の工具で９０度折り曲げて、外部支持部（１）内部支持部（２ ）により二枚の薄板（８）を固定支持する。本考案は以上の様な構成から成る、 折り曲げ式薄板振り分け支持金具である。

【作用】
支持金具本体（４）の切り欠き（５）部先端まで、薄板（８）に設けた、薄板打 ち抜き穴（６）に差し込み、外部支持部（１）をハンマーで補強リブ（３）と逆 方向に折り曲げて行くと、それに連れて内部支持部（２）が持ち上がり、９０度 曲がった位置で薄板用隙間（７）が薄板（８）を内外で挟み込み固定支持する。

【実施例】
以下、本案の実施例について説明する。 （イ）支持金具本体（４）両端近くに切り欠き（５）を対称に設ける。 （ロ）内部支持部（２）に薄板（８）の高さの薄板用隙間（７）を設ける。 （ハ）両端切り欠き（５）間中心部に補強リブ（３）を設ける。 （ニ）薄板（８）に薄板打ち抜き穴（６）を設ける。 （ホ）支持金具本体（４）を切り欠き（５）の先端まで薄板（８）の薄板打ち抜 き穴（６）に差し込む。 （ト）ハンマー等の工具で外部支持部（１）を補強リブ（３）と逆方向に９０度 折り曲げる。 （チ）以上を両端で実施する。 本案は以上の様な構造と方法で二枚の薄板（８）を一定の間隔を確保して固定 支持する。

ハンマー等の工具一本で、薄板二枚を一定の間隔を確保した、構造物を簡単に作 り上げることができる。

    き（５）を対称に設け、その内部支持部（２）を取り付
    けようとする薄板（８）の板厚と同じ高さの薄板用隙間
    （７）の段差を設け、その段差の逆方向に、切り欠き
    （５）間の中央部に補強リブ（３）を設ける。 一方薄板（８）には支持金具本体（４）Ｂ矢視図形状よ
    り一定の隙間を設けた、薄板打ち抜き穴（６）を明け、
    その穴に支持金具本体（４）の両端を、支持金具本体
    （４）の両端近くの折り曲げ稜線上にある、切り欠き
    （５）の先端を中心に差し込み、ハンマー等の工具を用
    いて、外部支持部（１）を補強リブ（３）と逆方向に９
    ０度折り曲げて、薄板（８）を固定支持する、折り曲げ
    式薄板振り分け支持金具。
