量が均一化される。(Operation and Effects of the Invention) In the device of the present invention, the spray main body reciprocates (swings) horizontally around the base end or the vicinity thereof, and sprays glaze from the downward nozzle at the tip thereof. In other words, the nozzle sprays the glaze while moving over a wide range in a substantially horizontal plane while maintaining the same distance from each object to be glazed, which is transported by a predetermined transport means. can be evenly applied to each surface of the glazed object. As a result, loss of glaze is suppressed to a minimum, and at the same time, the amount of glaze applied to each object to be glazed is made uniform.

The spray main body 12 is constituted by a rod-shaped member, and a glaze passage and an air passage are formed inside thereof along the longitudinal direction of the spray main body 12. Hoses 14 and 16 are connected to the base end of this spray main body 12, and these hoses 1
4 and 16, slurry-like glaze and air are introduced into the glaze passage and air passage inside the spray body 12. The glaze introduced into the glaze passage is discharged from the discharge port at the tip of the spray main body 12, and the discharged glaze is atomized by the air jet flow, and is discharged from the downward nozzle 18 at the tip of the spray main body. Sprayed from the tip.

A reciprocating member 22 connected to the reciprocating member 22 is reciprocated along a linear track under the guidance of a guide block 28 and a guide rail 30. Then the spray body 1
2 is reciprocated (swung) within a horizontal plane within a predetermined angular range around the shaft 20. At this time, the downward nozzle 18 is moved over a wide range while maintaining a downward attitude toward each glazed object and at an equal distance from each glazed object, and sprays the atomized glaze onto the surface of the glazed object. Spray on.
