パレツト7上に載置された自動組立製品用部品6
も用い、自動製品組立ロボツト2により自動組立
部品搭載パレツト7上で自動組立が行われる。さ
らには、自動部品供給用パーツフイーダ9や、自
動部品供給用小型射出成形機8にて部品供給を受
けながら、繰り返し重複循環組立にて、直接、自
動組立部品搭載パレツト7上で製品を組立上げて
いき、最終的に、自動組立部品搭載パレツト7上
に完成した自動組立製品5を、自動組立部品搭載
パレツト7ごと、完成部品搭載パレツト搬出コン
ベア4にて搬出を行なう。さらにはこの製品組立
サイクルは、NC装置装備無人搬送車を用いてい
る事により、24時間体制にて、製品組立を行なう

発明の効果
以上の様に本発明は、無人搬送車に自動組立を
行なう製品の部品を配置したパレツトを搭載し
て、各自動部品組立ポジシヨン及び自動部品供給
ステーシヨンを循環させるレイアウトを可能と
し、さらに上記パレツト上にて部品の組立を直接
行なうダイレクト製品組立方式を用いている事に
より、制約された小スペースでの自動製品組立を
行なうことができる。さらには、工法ユニツトや
移載供給ユニツトなどを重複させて使用できるた
め、各々1ユニツトで対応が可能であるなどコン
ベアのない新しい組立方式であり、設備コストが
大きく低減できるなど極めて経済的なシステムで
あり面積生産性の効率アツプや工程の変更や製品
組立の多機種小量生産などにフレキシビリテイに

無人搬送車と、この無人搬送車に載置され、自動
組立が行われる自動組立製品の部品を載置するパ
レツトと、このパレツト上に載置された前記自動
組立製品の部品を相互に組立可能な組立手段とか
らなり、前記組立手段により、この組立手段近傍
に移動した無人搬送車上のパレツト上に載置され
た前記自動組立製品の部品を前記パレツト上にて
組み立て、自動組立製品の組立を行なうよう設け
られた自動製品組立装置。 2 組立手段が、この組立手段の近傍に配置した
自動部品供給用装置から供給される部品を、パレ
ツト上に載置された自動組立製品の部品に組み付
けるよう構成した特許請求の範囲第1項記載の自
動製品組立装置。 3 無人搬送車が、任意の製品組立工程を重複循
環することが可能となるよう構成した特許請求の
範囲第1項記載の自動製品組立装置。 4 無人搬送車と同数のパレツトのみにて、自動
