(Prior art) Conventional automatic processing involves applying a series of so-called development processes such as development, bleaching, or bleach-fixing to exposed photosensitive materials such as photographic film and photographic paper, with appropriate intervals of water washing. Each processing liquid tank in a developing machine, that is, a light-shielding chamber surrounded by an outer panel in a near-sealed state, is arranged in series in accordance with the order of processing to be applied to the photographic light-sensitive material. As shown in Fig. 2, the liquid tank contains a processing liquid whose capacity is determined in consideration of the optimum liquid temperature such as the specified temperature of the processing liquid W for processing photographic light-sensitive materials, the conveyance speed, etc. A filter 3 or an air ration is installed in the tank body 1 to remove a part of the processing liquid W in the main body 1 in order to stir it, and to pass through fine particles such as waste products and crystals in the processing liquid W taken out. A processing liquid circulation pipe 2 equipped with a magnetic pump 4 using a condenser-type or bear-shaped induction motor is used to return the processing liquid to the main body 1 through a tank (not shown because it is publicly known) or the like.
Since the magnetic pump 4 is driven by an AC power source, it gradually generates a considerable amount of heat as the operation progresses.
, a protective tube 6 with a built-in heater for warming the processing liquid for adjusting the temperature of the processing liquid W in the main body 1 to an optimum processing temperature such as a specified temperature at the time of startup, etc., and the magnetic pump 4 as described above. Because it is driven by an AC power source, a considerable amount of heat generated during continuous operation fills the nearly sealed light-shielding chamber, and the processing liquid W is heated through the tank wall for forming each processing liquid tank main body 1. The temperature of the processing liquid W in the main body 1 increases to the allowable temperature of the optimum processing temperature as the temperature of the processing liquid W in the main body 1 increases. When it exceeds
In order to lower the temperature of the processing liquid W to within the permissible temperature range, a processing liquid cooling water pipe 7 equipped with a solenoid valve 8 for controlling the flow rate and the like, and the temperature of the processing liquid W are constantly measured.
A thermostat 9 for transmitting a signal corresponding to the measured temperature, and a range in which a signal from the thermostat 9 is received and the temperature of the processing liquid W in the main body 1 is allowed as an optimum liquid temperature such as a specified temperature. When the liquid temperature falls below the temperature range, connect the heater in the protective tube 6 with a built-in heater for heating the processing liquid to the power supply until the liquid temperature falls within the allowable range, and remove the heat generated by the magnetic pump 4. When the liquid temperature reaches the permissible range or higher, the cooling water in the water pipe 7 is made to flow until the liquid temperature reaches the permissible range;
It is constructed by attaching at least a control device 10 equipped with a control circuit that sends a signal to keep the temperature of the processing liquid in the main body 1 within an optimum temperature range such as a specified temperature at all times.

In addition, even with waterless photographic material processing equipment that has been developed in recent years and is showing an increasing trend, it is possible to omit the piping related to water washing, but for the reasons mentioned above, processing It was not possible to eliminate piping related to the water pipe for cooling the treated liquid, which is exactly the same as the water pipe 7 for cooling the liquid.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) As mentioned above, each processing liquid tank in conventional automatic processing machines for photographic light-sensitive materials gradually generates a considerable amount of heat in a nearly sealed light-shielded chamber as the operation progresses. Since it is equipped with a magnetic pump 4 that is operated by a power supply, a fan 5 for cooling the magnetic pump is used to prevent the temperature of the processing liquid W in the processing liquid tank main body 1 from rising, and a fan 5 for cooling the processing liquid W in the processing liquid tank main body 1 is used. In addition to the water pipe 7 for cooling the processing liquid, which is equipped with a solenoid valve 8 for controlling the flow rate to prevent the temperature of the liquid W from rising, circuits required for transmitting a signal to cause the cooling water to flow in the water pipe 7, etc. need to be incorporated into the control device 10, which unnecessarily complicates the configuration.
There was a problem in that it could cause failures.

(Means for Solving the Problems) As a result of solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has been developed because it is driven by an AC power source for circulating the processing liquid W, which generates a considerable amount of heat. This is caused by the use of pumps for circulating processing liquids, such as the magnetic pump 4, which emit light in a nearly hermetically sealed light-shielded chamber. , in the processing liquid tank body for storing the processing liquid for photographic light-sensitive materials, the capacity of which is determined in consideration of the optimum liquid temperature such as the specified temperature of the processing liquid for processing the photographic light-sensitive materials, conveyance speed, etc.
In order to stir the processing liquid in the main body, a part of the processing liquid is taken out and returned to the main body through a filter, etc., which passes through a filter, etc., that passes through a filter, etc., that passes through waste materials, crystals, and other microparticles in the taken out processing liquid. a processing liquid circulation pipe equipped with a pump that generates little heat when driven by the processing liquid, a processing liquid heating member installed in the main body, and measuring the temperature of the processing liquid in the main body, a processing liquid temperature measuring member for transmitting a signal corresponding to the measured temperature; and receiving a signal from the member;
When the temperature of the processing liquid in the main body falls below the specified temperature or other allowable range of optimum liquid temperature, connect the processing liquid heating member to the power source and increase the temperature within the allowable range. This device is characterized by the addition of a control device that cuts off the connection to the power source when the liquid temperature reaches the temperature.

(Function) Since each processing liquid tank in the automatic developing machine for photographic light-sensitive materials according to the present invention is configured as described above, at the time of start-up in use, each processing liquid tank forming The processing liquid in the processing liquid tank main body is stirred through a processing liquid circulation pipe equipped with a pump driven by a DC power source that generates almost no heat, but the temperature of the processing liquid at this time is approximately Since the temperature is close to room temperature, the processing liquid heating member is connected to a power source according to a signal from the control device based on the measurement signal of the processing liquid temperature measuring member that measures this liquid temperature, and the processing liquid is heated. Based on the signal from the processing liquid temperature measuring member that detects that the liquid temperature has reached the optimum liquid temperature such as a specified temperature that best processes the photographic material, the control device controls the processing liquid heating member. If the temperature of the processing liquid falls below the allowable optimum temperature, such as the specified temperature suitable for processing photographic materials, during use. Based on the signal from the processing liquid temperature measuring member that captures this liquid temperature, the control device connects the processing liquid heating member to the power source and constantly monitors the temperature of the processing liquid in each processing liquid tank. It has become possible to maintain the optimum temperature for a long time, such as the specified temperature most suitable for processing.

(Example) Hereinafter, development is performed on photographic materials such as long photographic film and photographic paper that have been photographed or printed, with washing treatment performed at appropriate intervals.
In order to carry out a series of so-called development processes such as bleaching or bleach-fixing in a predetermined order, they are arranged in series in a light-tight chamber surrounded almost hermetically by an outer panel. Each processing liquid tank in the automatic processing machine for photographic light-sensitive materials, which is an embodiment of the present invention, has an optimum liquid temperature such as the transport speed of the photographic light-sensitive material and the specified temperature of the processing liquid for processing the photographic light-sensitive material. Although there are some differences in capacity due to various factors, since they have almost the same structure, we selected one section of the processing liquid tank, and Figure 1 shows a roughly vertical cross-section of it. Therefore, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. In addition, in this explanation, each component that is the same or equivalent to each component for forming each processing liquid tank in the conventional automatic developing machine for photosensitive materials of this type shown in FIG. 2 will be used. The same reference numerals are given to the constituent parts and each constituent member, and the explanation thereof will be omitted.

Now, in FIG. 1, 2' is a processing liquid circulation pipe, and this processing liquid circulation pipe 2' is different from the conventional processing liquid circulation pipe 2 of this kind described earlier. , a pump 4' for circulating the processing liquid, which is driven by a DC power source, is incorporated in place of the magnetic pump 4, which is driven by an AC power source, for circulating the processing liquid in each processing liquid tank. That is, the magnetic pump 4 is a pump that generates a considerable amount of heat during operation because it is driven by an AC power supply, whereas the pump 4' is driven by a DC power supply. Therefore, even when used for a long time, the amount of heat generated is almost negligible.

Therefore, in forming each of the above-mentioned processing liquid tanks, not only the fan 5, which has been an essential component or component,
Not only is the processing liquid cooling water pipe 7 equipped with a solenoid valve 8 for controlling the flow rate completely unnecessary, but the control device 10 can also start and stop water feeding to the processing liquid cooling water pipe 7 and control the flow rate. A control device 10' can be obtained in which signal transmission related circuits and the like for use can be eliminated.

By the way, in the above-mentioned development processing, each processing liquid tank main body 1 of each processing liquid tank formation according to the present invention includes:
In the processing liquid tank body 1 of each processing liquid tank formation in this type of automatic processing machine so far, it is an essential component or component, but it is necessary to avoid generation of considerable heat during operation. The structure of each processing liquid tank according to the present invention is extremely simple because it does not include a magnetic pump 4 for circulating the processing liquid in each processing liquid tank, which is driven by an AC power source that cannot be used, and a fan 5. In addition, since the temperature change of the processing liquid W in each processing liquid tank was small, the processing conditions for the photographic light-sensitive material remained constant, resulting in extremely good processing.
