Claims (3)
- 1.アルファーオレフィンを50乃至150℃の湿度及び1乃至40バールの圧 力において遷移金属成分(成分A)及び有機金属化合物(成分B)−その成分A は有機マグネシウム化合物と電子供与体、有機塩素化合物及び遷移金属化合物と の反応により生成している−からなる触媒の存在下重合させてポリオレフィンを 製造する方法において、重合を触媒−その成分Aは、中間体を分離せずに、 a)一般式[(n−C4H9)1.2−1.7(n−C■H17)0.3−0. 8Mg〕で示される有機マグネシウム化合物を脂肪族塩素化炭化水素と有機マグ ネシウム化合物1モルに対し0.5乃至2.5モルの塩素化炭化水素の量で30 乃至110℃の温度において反応させ、 b)この様に得られる懸濁液を電子供与体により固体中に含まれるマグネシウム の1グラム原子当たり0.1乃至1モルの量で0乃至100℃の温度において処 理しそして c)この様に得られる担体材料を一般式TiX■(OR1)4−m(式中R1は 2乃至10個の炭素原子を有するアルキル残基であり、Xはハロゲン原子であり そしてmは0乃至4の整数である)で示される化合物と担体材料中に含まれるマ グネシウム1グラム原子当たり0.5乃至2モルの量で30乃至120℃の温度 において反応 させて製造された−の存在下に実施することを特徴とする方法。
- 2.電子供与体としてジエチルスルフィット又はジエトキシジメチルシランを使 用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 3.TiCI4を使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
