BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In general, this type of oil-burning appliance is designed to supply oil by attaching and removing a cartridge tank from the appliance body. And the cartridge tank is the fifth one.
As shown in the figure, a movable valve 32 is provided at the center of the fuel filler port 31, and the movable valve 32 is pressed against a valve seat 34 by a spring 33. Therefore, when the tank is moved, the fuel filler port 31 is sealed and kerosene does not leak outside. When installed in the main body 35, there is a protrusion 38 on the oil supply part 37 of the main body tank 36, and when the cartridge tank 39 is installed, the movable valve 32 is pushed by this protrusion 38, and the inside of the main body tank 36 and the cartridge are pushed. The inside of the storage tank 39 is electrically connected. Therefore, the cartridge tank 3
The kerosene inside 9 is supplied to the oil supply part 37 of the tank 36 on the main body side.

When the amount of kerosene decreases, the user removes the cap 31a with the fuel filler port 31 facing up, fills it with kerosene, tightens the cap 31a again by hand, moves it by holding the opposite handle, and attaches it to the appliance body 35. In this case, if there is still sufficient kerosene remaining inside the main body side tank 36, the appliance main body 35 continues to burn normally.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in such a conventional configuration, when the cap 31a is manually tightened to the fuel filler port 31, there is no problem if the fit is sufficient, but the cap 31a
When trying to attach the cap 31a to the device main body 35 by tilting it slightly and moving it by the handle while still fitting it into the fuel filler port 31, if the cap 31a hits somewhere on the device main body 35, the cap 31a will be removed by the shock.
1a may come off from the fuel filler port 31 and kerosene may splash onto the burning appliance body 35, causing a fire.

Cap 31 is sufficient to prevent this kind of thing.
The most important thing is to screw the a into the fuel filler port 31, but in any case, it must be done manually, and it must be considered that even if you intend to screw it in, it may not be sufficient.

The present invention was made in view of these points.
Safety is enhanced by automatically extinguishing the fire when the cartridge tank is removed, and by preventing re-burning after removing the cartridge tank unless the operation switch is turned off and then turned on again.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a tank detection section that detects attachment/detachment of a cartridge tank, and a tank detection section that stops combustion based on a tank detachment signal from the tank detection section and after turning off the operation switch. The configuration includes a combustion control section that starts combustion only when the engine is restarted.

Effects The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, so that combustion stops when the cartridge tank is removed, and in order to re-combust after removing the cartridge tank, the operation switch must be turned OFF once and then turned on again. Just by setting the tank back to its original position, combustion will automatically restart, which eliminates the imperfection of starting fire regardless of the user's will.

Embodiments Below, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, 1 is a device body, 2 is a combustion section provided in the device body 1, and fuel is supplied from a tank 3 via an electromagnetic pump 4. At the same time, combustion air is supplied from the combustion fan 5 through the pipe 6. Reference numeral 7 represents a fan for supplying hot air, and reference numeral 8 represents a cartridge tank for replenishing fuel to the tank 3, which has the same structure as that described in the conventional example and is removable. Reference numeral 9 denotes a switch for detecting attachment/detachment of the cartridge tank 8, which sends an off signal to the tank detection section 10 to detect detachment of the cartridge tank 8. 11 stops the combustion in response to the tank separation signal S1 from the tank detection section 10, and controls the operation switch 12 for re-burning after the combustion stops.
This is a combustion control section that can only be activated after being turned off and then turned on again.

Next, the operation of the combustion appliance constructed as described above will be explained using the flowchart shown in FIG. First, when the power plug 14 is inserted into a power outlet, an alternating current voltage is applied, and the combustion control circuit 15 starts operating centering on the microcomputer 22. And if the operation switch 12 is not turned on, it will remain like this,
When turned on, the microcomputer 2 is connected via the photocoupler 19.
A pulse signal is supplied to 2, and this is confirmed in step 24, and the microcomputer 22 shifts to a combustion sequence and performs combustion according to a normal combustion control program.

When the cartridge tank 8 is taken out in this state, the switch 9 is turned off and the tank detection section 10 detects this in step 25. Then, the combustion control section 11 detects an abnormality based on the tank detachment signal from the tank detection section 10, and repeats the step.
After passing through step 24, an abnormality is detected in step 26 and combustion is stopped.
